For most of the week, the garage is a street dance studio. A mirror along the whole wall, good speakers and people of every level, from kids to adults. You don't need to know the steps. That's why you come.

TEACHER

WAANA

aka Oana Neagu

Waana, aka Oana Neagu, is a dancer, choreographer, teacher and cultural producer, and one of the key figures who have helped shape Romania’s street dance and waacking scene. Part of the first generation of freestyle street dancers in Romania, she is also the first Romanian dancer to join the Imperial House of Waacking.

She is the Mother of the Romanian chapter of the International House of Waacking (IHOW) and the founder of Feed the Flame, an international waacking competition created to help grow and connect the local community with the global waacking scene.

Throughout her career, Waana has competed both nationally and internationally, with achievements including Top 8 at Ladies of Hip Hop New York, a semifinal at Ball of Norway and 2nd place at Waack Affair Sofia in 2025.

At ICHIGO, Waana shares waacking as more than movement — as a form of dance, expression and culture, rooted in musicality, attitude, freedom and finding your own voice through movement.
